Screenshots in the background on MacOS how to implement?

Hello!
Is it possible to do something like this, a typographical screenshot (takes a screenshot every 3 minutes and saves it to a folder) so that the user does not see it? On cmd I know about how this can be implemented, but is it possible on a Mac?
