How to stream audio from macOS to Windows?

Nearby are machines with macOS and Windows 7.
The task is to transfer all the sound from one OS to the second (on the contrary, it’s also interesting in principle). That is, it is necessary to transmit not the sounds emitted by some separate application, but all the sounds that the user of the macos hears.
The simplest solution is to output the sound from both to an external mixer, but this is exactly what I want to avoid.
Macos has a mini-jack, USB output. For windows - line-in, USB. There is also a Wi-Fi point that unites them.
If you connect them by "analogue", then the computers will not burn out? (: Also interested in whether a purely digital solution is possible.

@dushako

Connect with an analog cable mini-jack - mini-jack, nothing will burn.
As for the software solution, it only occurred to me to use an RDP client (remote desktop) with support for sound transmission (after all, there is a network between them).
