How to connect to NAS VPN server from a remote PC?

Hello!
Help deal with the problem. I decided to raise a VPN server on a NAS model QNAP D4. I did everything according to the manual, forwarded port 1194 on the router. I uploaded the configuration and uploaded it to the config folder of the OpenVPN client on a remote computer (at work). When connecting, it asks for a login and password (it seems like it is knocking on the NAS), after entering it, it cannot get through and there are such errors in the logs.

Thu Mar 22 10:38:35 2018 SIGUSR1[soft,tls-error] received, process restarting
Thu Mar 22 10:43:35 2018 TCP/UDP: Preserving recently used remote address: [AF_INET]IP_NAS_СЕРВЕРА:1194

Thu Mar 22 10:44:35 2018 TLS Error: TLS handshake failed
Thu Mar 22 10:44:35 2018 SIGUSR1[soft,tls-error] received, process restarting

Maybe someone came across and can help. Thank you!
