Why can't I drop an index in mysql?

Good day! You need to remove the index

ALTER TABLE `users` DROP INDEX `UNIQ_1483A5E99A303B40`

but for some reason it says:
#1553 - Cannot drop index 'UNIQ_1483A5E99A303B40': needed in a foreign key constraint

What to do? It seems like there is no foreign key .. or am I inattentive?
