How to get online with openvpn server under freebsd?

Good day, I set up an openvpn server. So far 2 cars. There are no connection errors. But I can't access the Internet through it. Conventionally, 192.168.1.16 sees the Internet, this is the server itself.
No matter what I do, I cannot forward the Internet to clients.
