In general, I have a distribution kit Manjaro (Arch Linux)
Internet provider - Beeline. The speed is up to 100Mbps
I was sent a file .ovpn
I added it through network-manager

Then I connect - I enter the login-password. Connected. The speed dropped 1000 times.
I do not know where to dig further.

Maybe you were stuffed into this ovpn default route through the tunnel. And there is not much uplink. Here they ate.

the speed depends on the bandwidth and characteristics of the server on which ovpn is raised. dig in that direction.
