How to connect more than 127 USB devices to PC?

Actually there is a need to connect more than 127 USB devices to one PC. In fact, there are only 3 devices, but they are composite and each uses about 90 USB addresses.
I tried to choose a motherboard with several USB controllers, but apparently this is not a very popular feature and information about it is hard to find.
What are the options?

There are also PCI-E controllers - that's through them and connect.
