How to connect docker-toolbox to PhpStorm on windows?

Hello!
I installed docker-toolbox, it runs docker-mahine - default on ip 192.168.99.100, all my containers work fine here (there were problems with regular docker - containers didn't work which worked fine in mac/ubuntu)

I work in PhpStorm IDE in which has the ability to run containers, but for this it is tedious to connect / register docker in the IDE. But here it is not detected for me or I missed some connection step (
