Why does pppoe connection stop working after windows 10 reboot?

I have an internet connection via Wi-Fi bridge. There is one Adapter on the roof of a high-rise building and the cable from it goes to the shield with optics. The second adapter is on the roof of my house and comes with a direct connection via a network cable directly to the PC. I create PPPOE connection, I enter login and the password. Internet is!
Reboot PC - error. Writes "The network adapter does not have valid IP settings." Why is this happening and how to deal with it?

Adjust these settings. You can take them from the contract with the provider or contact their technical support.
