Banned on google

Good time!

In Google Chrome, for the second day now, the google.ru page has not opened - error 103 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED). And accordingly, all Google services. Interestingly, in IE everything is OK, in cmd it also responds. Everything is clean in c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts. I checked the computer with kaspersky - nothing was found. I reinstalled Google Chrome, the site worked for a while and does not open again. Internet via 3G modem.
I ask for help, where to dig?

Maybe SPDY en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SPDY is not working? Try firefox with SPDY, if that doesn't work either, contact your ISP.

A similar problem has been “shooting” for the last 4 days in Chrome Canary (I suppose it’s all about regular updates, literally in 1 session the situation can change twice or thrice). At the same time, everything opens in other browsers. Pings, etc. are going fine.

dig in the direction of Kaspersky - judging by the forums, the problem is in it, but the solution is not clear yet (except how to turn off Kaspersky before starting Chrome, and then turn it on). But they also recommend upgrading to 10ki

I've had a similar problem for the past few days. Removing helps.

The office also had such an infection a week or two ago. On all KES8 machines.
Cured by disabling network traffic checking for chrome.exe in Program Monitoring. Perhaps there is a more elegant solution, but there was no time to check.
I think most likely there was some problem in the databases of the KSN service, because in the popularity field of the chrome.exe program at one time it was written “less than 10 people”, which caused nothing but a smile :)

It helped me to turn off Web control. It is he who causes this error. Not a firewall
