How to organize password synchronization between Safari(mac) and Chrome?

I use Safari on iOS and Chrome on Mac. Is it possible to somehow synchronize passwords?

No seamless sync.
Only through importing passwords into a third-party application, for example, 1password (the friendliest, but with a subscription) or others (but you probably won’t like installing and configuring them.
It will be easier for you to switch to Chrome and iOS if you are an active user of it (or on Safari on Mac).
