Windows 8 can't turn on wifi

On the new laptop, I can’t turn on wi-fi, more precisely, in the G8 menu, the menu item is gray (not active), but most importantly, when you first turned on and configured the user, he found networks and showed them. I have Windows 8 normal, tell me, I already think this is not really a limitation of Windows. everything is fine with iron and reinstalled the driver and there are no errors.

Maybe the adapter is disabled in the network settings? I don’t remember what it’s called in Russian, in English - Control Panel \ Network and Internet \ Network Connections
Right click on “Network” on the desktop -> Properties -> link on the left “Change adapter settings”. If the WiFi adapter is still turned on there, you can try turning it off / on, maybe it's buggy.
