Is it safe to use an Administrator account?

Is it safe to do everyday activities - office, surfing and everything else - under an administrator account on Windows 10 with UAC enabled?
As I understand it, with a working UAC, the administrator account is no different from a regular user account?

Not safe. Under a normal user, UAC issues a request for privilege escalation, and the administrator already has these privileges.
