How to connect a shared printer (cups) to windows on another network?

There is a print server on cups. Shared printers are configured on it.
There are two networks: local 192.168.0.0 and VPN 10.8.0.0. There is full access between them.
You can access the cups server through a browser from any network and perform a test print.
Windows clients on the local network normally connect the shared cups printers by 631 and print, but from the VPN network they cannot connect the cups printers.
