How to allow a user to run a specific script with admin rights?

Good afternoon, there is a problem with the print queue freezing on Windows 7 as a solution, I wrote a small script and called it DellSpool.bat

net stop spooler
del %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.shd
del %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.spl
net start spooler

Now I can not figure out how to allow users to run it with administrator rights.
I would be grateful for any advice.
