Which budget printer to choose for rare use?

Friends, advise a budget printer for the home.
Printing is rarely needed. Basically, copies of documents, occasionally some articles/schemes. Even color is not really needed, but now, probably, B / W is no longer among inkjet printers.
The cartridge will last me for a long time, but it is desirable to be able to refill at least once or with the presence of compatible cartridges.
Maybe someone bought something similar or in the know. I watched Y.Market, read reviews - there are too many different models and nuances of manufacturers = |

Inkjet and budget, these two words do not get along well together :)
Buy any laser, well, any one, I would recommend canon 6030, if you find a used HP 1010-1020 / canon 2900 somewhere, it’s generally gorgeous.
And rare "scan" / "print in color" can be done on the side.

Hello.
Based on the above information, namely:
Namely:
In general, it is worth thinking about what, and why do then the printer? There are a lot of points where they provide a range of printing and copying services.
Here I completely disagree with you and warn against the mistake that I myself made.
Cartridges won't last long! This is a true fact.
I also thought that now, I’ll buy a printer, I’ll print once a month and it won’t dry out .... yeah figs there. After 1.5 months. dry to dry. And even resuscitation of cartridges does not help.
Your decision to buy, but my advice to you, use the services of printing and copying. Cheaper and no need to worry about dry cartridges.
