How to connect a computer and a TV to the same speakers?

I have a computer with active speakers connected to it.
There is also a TV.
I would like both the TV and the computer, and maybe something else, to be connected to these speakers. So I need some kind of mixer?
What do I need to purchase?

or plug into different outputs on the sound card and parallelize them in the settings,
or if the card does not know how to do this or there is only one output, plug in such a splitter and plug 2 wires into it
