How to get rid of crackling when recording voice?

And so we have:
- AKG Perception 120 microphone
- PreSonus AudioBox USB external sound card
- MacBook Pro 15 with OS X 10.11.1
When recording voice, some strange noises appear on top of it https://www.dropbox.com/s /0ac93ucdqu9e6ue/%D1%81%D...
they only appear on write, i.e. if you just output the sound from the microphone to the headphones - it's clear.
Has anyone encountered this, and in which direction to dig a solution to the problem?
PS
- I tried to connect another microphone - the same thing
- I tried other cables - the same thing
And the most funny thing is that on the old equipment (a cheap microphone for 200 rubles and a sound one for 2k - everything was fine)
