What do you need to learn to write full-fledged applications for MacOS?

Hello!
I can write console applications in C++ using Xcode 8 for this. But now I want to write a graphical interface for my programs, but I don’t even understand what I need to learn for this.
As far as I understand, in order to use the Cocoa library, you also need to know Swift with Objective-c,
because you can’t even create a Cocoa Application with C ++.
What is actually my question:
1) Is it possible to write GUI programs using only C++ and Cocoa libraries?
If yes, how is it done? If not, what language would you recommend learning?
2) What books should I use to learn Cocoa libraries?
You can recommend books, both in Russian and in English.
Thanks in advance for your replies)

You can-> glampert.com/2012/11-29/osx-window-without-xcode-and-ib
But it's not necessary, because there is an orthodox way Xcode interface builder.
No need to suffer bullshit.
According to the documentation from apple does not learn?
