The system administrators of the enterprise changed the main gateway, after which the site became unavailable via the domain, and can only be opened via localhost. I changed the value of the main gateway in the network settings of the server - it did not help

Check the apache settings - the line Listen xxxx
This is provided that nothing has changed except the default gateway.
He's probably available through NAT from an external ip.
