If w32tm does not change the update source, what should I do?

There is a domain controller on Windows Server 2012r2, I can not configure w32tm. I have already tried to configure both through w32tm / config, and through the registry, and through third-party graphic software.
Whatever sources I specify the source value: Local CMOS Clock, when I try to do / resync - Synchronization failed because there is no time data available.

Проблема найдена, sfc /scannow пометил несколько файлов как поврежденные, после проверки и замены всё работает отлично.

Имеется контроллер домена на Windows Server 2012r2, не могу настроить w32tm.

А не надо было ломать. Контроллер домена и так является сервером NTP для остальных компьютеров. Естественно DNS АД должен быть правильно настроен.
