How to configure Mikrotik so that Windows can connect via WiFi?

Router (home) Miktrotik (952 like), OS version 6.43.2. Internet access is direct, without vpn and PPPoE, IP addresses are distributed via DHCP. Problem: macbook, iphone, android phone work fine via WiFI. Any computer on Windows 10 (other versions of Windows could not be checked) firstly connects for a long time, and secondly, after connecting to the router via WiFI, even the router itself does not ping, not to mention the Internet. However, if you connect to the router with a cable, it works fine. There is a suspicion that the matter is in the WiFi settings on the router, but I have no idea where to dig. I can’t reset the router, because it has a bunch of configured vpn connections necessary for work, from which you can no longer find passwords.
Has anyone experienced this?
UPD forgot to mention one strange moment: if you connect the computer with a cable to the router and then turn it off when the Wi-Fi is on, the Wi-Fi works for a while (a minute or two), and then the pings disappear again.
