Mikrotik, loop when using CAPsMAN?

There is a Cloudcore series router that is used as a Wi-Fi controller, 25 points are connected to it.
CAPsMAN is configured almost by default.
Disabled Client-to-client forwarding,
Enabled Local Forwarding,
Everything works fine.
I turn off Local Forwarding and some nonsense begins.
The controller starts to catch loops from access points, and it is completely unconnected and chaotic ....
Then from one then from the other, I overload the points and everything becomes normal. But some time will pass, the firmware will be updated, for example, or something else, and again after a reboot, the logs start spamming in loops.
It looks like this .. shows the poppy of the access point on which the router catches the loop.

I've scoured the internet and haven't found anything...
How could access points create loops for me?
I don't know which way to dig...

@vasilevkirill

it looks like you added points to the local bridge on the access points with your hands, and then as a capsman you try to add them again to the same bridge but from the side of the capsman.
try on the bridge enable rtsp or stp

I re-read it 10 times, I understood the essence but not completely ....
At the points, the breeches are raised by themselves, it will not seem to work differently.
There are also two bridges on the controller (a few points are separated from the rest).
rstp or stp cannot be enabled on the controller bridge... everything falls off immediately and shows an error that it is not possible to change the bridge parameters, I have to reboot the controller.
On points rstp is included.
