How to force the CAPsMAN controller to distribute WiFi?

Good day.
I apologize right away that I’m asking an obvious question, and for good you can solve it yourself, spending a little more time, but unfortunately it’s in it that I am limited. Therefore, I ask you to consider my question not a sign of laziness, but a necessary measure.
There is a building in which you need to raise "seamless" Wi-Fi. I'm here right now, I took two Mikrotik hAP mini with me.
Raised the CAPsMAN controller on one, and made the second one his client.
I did everything according to this instruction https://netflow.by/blog/net/3164-nastrojka-capsman...
Removed both points at a decent distance from each other, went to the client. The network has appeared, the Internet is there, pings are coming, sites are opening. Beauty and more. I started sending pings from my phone, and went to another point, and going up to the controller, I realized that the WiFi controller itself does not distribute.
Maybe this is the way it should be, but it just doesn’t add up from the point of view of logic. If I had a third router, I would make another client, make sure that the network works between the two, and be satisfied, with the knowledge that the solution basically works. But since there is no third device, I can only check if the controller will also distribute WiFi.
Tell me, where did I go wrong? Or is it not a bug, but a feature?
Thank you very much in advance.

The question was written as a safety net, in case I was completely stupid, but the answer was found, moreover, as usual, in the most obvious place.
It helped to register in Wireless - WiFi Interfaces - Cap - Capsman Addresses: 127.0.0.1
