How to configure global layout switching in Win 7?
It is known that in this system the layout changes to the default one for each newly opened window separately. However, I'm trying to achieve a global switch.
Third-party software for these purposes either freezes for 1-2 seconds before changing, or does not work everywhere, but only in certain applications. I think you can try to influence this section.
But how to influence it using a key combination?
If you create, for example, a BAT nickname that changes the key in the registry, then 2 problems arise:
first, the current layout does not change (although the default value is set)
second, a black cmd window pops up
In general, someone tried to achieve similar behavior from Win ? What are some ideas?

The seventh does not know how. Either update to 8 - global switching is enabled by default there and there is a corresponding checkmark in the settings, or use third-party software.
