How to conduct and configure the Internet for a call center?
Good afternoon Habrchani, I ran into such a problem. Recently got a job in an outsourcing call center as an integration specialist.
After passing N-th amount of time, they gave instructions to fix the instability of telephony (at the moment it is Sipuni, and the microSip application for the PC itself). There are times when the connection to Sipuni just disappears for 2-5 minutes. A day from 5 to 15 times. The Internet seems to be normal, 40 megabits / s. Cost 18 pcs. Internet connection parameters - two Switches come from the modem - a, then from the first Switch - a to 12 PCs; and from the second to 6 PCs.
And I have a question, the problem with stability is connected with what?

monitor switches, monitor the Internet channel.
"Internet seems to be normal" - sorry, it's not about anything, these are your guesses. well, plus everything, if your operator is somewhere on the Internet, then the link to it also needs to be monitored, and additionally reserved, so that in case of problems on one route, switch to another.
I can’t think of anything else based on your input, too little information.
Given the presence of the word "modem", the first suspect is an Internet channel. For starters, monitor everything to confirm suspicions.
The Internet seems to be normal, 40 megabits / s.Where did you get this number from? Or is it the provider's tariff? If so, what is the tariff.
from the modemDo you have a modem??? It is not worth doing a call center on such a channel, the quality of communication is terrible.
What is the problem with stability?Need to watch.
