Call forwarding from mobile (or virtual) to mobile with call recording. How to implement?

Similar questions have already been asked on the toaster, but no answers have been received.
Purpose: Track the effectiveness of advertising from different channels (direct, target, offline) by allocating a separate number for each advertising channel. From a dedicated number, you need forwarding to a simple mobile, call recording, and simple statistics - who called and when, the duration of calls.
Ideally, if you can connect my mobile numbers to some virtual PBX and set up call forwarding.
Calltracking systems that are currently offered on the market cost some inadequate money, the most acceptable one is free of charge, you can get virtual numbers from them for about 300 rubles / month, which is basically normal. But it would be ideal - forwarding from mobile to mobile)

My opinion and many years of practice have shown that:
1. Call tracking is connected with an already significant volume of calls.
2. It is more profitable to connect call tracking with city sip-numbers, because it increases the user's confidence and with a significant volume of calls it is financially more economical because forwarding from mobile to mobile is PAID.
3. If it is necessary to organize a callerID pass from the mobile to crm, then this only works in conjunction with beeline (gsm) and Rostelecom (sip).
I just did such call tracking for more than 500 numbers and it's a huge hassle to service these SIM cards (monitor balance and check performance).
Do not forget that in the absence of paid actions on the number for 3-6 months, a forced subscription fee of 3-5 rubles per day is included.
