Good afternoon, I paid a fee of 25USD a week ago, but I see such an inscription.

Payment processing may take up to 48 hours.
For now, you can upload APK files and prepare data for publishing on the Play Store, but not publish applications.
When everything is ready, we will send you a notification.

I tried to write to them in tech support, but I'm not sure what is there. Maybe you can advise something?

On the left there is a "megaphone" icon, check if there is already a notification there. Well, just in case, check the transaction in Google Jack.
