How to replace google docs?

The people, please tell
me, the chief has flown into the office, and now take it out and put an answer to him by tomorrow.
In our office, it somehow started up that the entire document flow is in Google Docs.
Now, for some reason, they decided to jump off it. Inconvenient or expensive - xs, I was not informed. In
connection with this, the question is:
1) Who can say what by analogues? There is something suitable for replacement, namely, what would be the storage and online editing of documents in the cloud. Not more expensive than Google
2) Well, since such a booze, there seems to be Bitrix 24, for example. It has a function of online editing of documents by Google. I just didn’t use it, don’t hit hard. There, for each user, there must be an account on Google for this, or can I leave one power-google-user in Google in my domain, on behalf of which Bitrix will edit documents online?
Once again, I apologize for the "Chaynikov" questions, it's all like snow on my head, I'm sitting here looking for answers in search engines, but I want to hear those who used their own hands, experienced
Thank you

Here it is necessary to clarify, if the only question is to change the awl to another Google, then the answer has already been written above, and you can google a few more office options in the clouds for not expensive.
And if it comes to security and you need to make your own clouds with blackjack so that Google does not peep, and preferably for free, then everything is a little different. For the most part, projects of this kind are shitty, buggy, and frankly weak compared to Google and MS Office, especially their free options.
However, my information could already be outdated, google Zimbra and stuff like that. It is quite possible that in the paid version you can already get something more or less workable.

[email protected] - allows you to edit and create Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. The solution was developed jointly with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint - MS WebApp, Word - something of its own "mail"). Right now it's in beta, but it works.
Look also biz.mail.ru - a very good solution for business, I use it myself. With this service, get full-fledged Mail.ru accounts for your domain (for example, with Yandex, only the mail service is available when you add a domain, and they left it for Mail.ru).

From the question "what the hell?" depends on the choice of a specific solution. And that's exactly what you didn't ask.
According to the subject, in public services - office 365, self-hosted solutions - owncloud.
