How to overcome the delay in the delivery of letters to the gmail box?

There is a mailbox on gmail (attached to your domain, but I think this is not important in this case).
There are about 10 email addresses on various services (free and on their own domains).
From all emails, forwarding of letters to the main gmail box is configured. Since some time, I began to notice that letters arrive late. I looked at the mail sending logs on my servers and found that google is limiting the acceptance of letters from my boxes. Breaking a lot of information, it became approximately clear that when sending mail, spam is also naturally sent, which google absolutely does not like. Catching spam "on the spot" is out of the question, the filters are not perfect, and many client letters disappear, which is simply unacceptable.
From five mailboxes that are not too important for me, I turned off the forwarding and turned on the collection of letters by pop3. But firstly, google does not allow adding more than five mailboxes in a free account, and secondly, by pop3, google picks up letters as often as it wants, and waiting intervals of half an hour do not suit me at all.
All in all, a vicious circle. There is an idea to buy a paid account for business, but I can't find a full description of the options anywhere. I don't need a lot of space, but I need the ability to receive mail via pop3 from more than 5 mailboxes and I need the ability to check mail via pop3 at least once every 5 minutes.

Google provides a mail collection service purely to help those who come from other services to gmail.
There is such a fetchmail utility, on one of the mail servers, set up 1 time and forget about these mails.
