How to "blur" areas in Premier Pro?

I do this, but if the camera moves and, accordingly, the coordinates of the area that needs to be covered. Is there any means to automate this process and not make 50 different masks for every 2-3 seconds of the video? Maybe somehow the trajectory of the mask can be built? Or something else
