Creating animated opening credits in Adobe Premiere (sparkling metal letters)?

Dear colleagues.

This is not the first time I have come across a similar effect, apparently this video was created according to a template or a video tutorial. You need to do something similar. Please help me find an example or a video tutorial on how and in what program such effects are created. I use Adobe Premiere. Thank you!

This is done in AE (well, or in any 3D editor).
In fact, there is nothing complicated. 2 particle emitter and spruce up the particles a bit.
