How to block access to the site in an ASUS router?

Good day to all! Can I somehow block access to a specific site in the ASUS router (model RT-N12VP)? Tried through Firewall => Network Service Filter, but nothing comes out :(

The rules in the router will not work on https sites, and these are now the majority.
The solution is to use DNS with filtering.
For example https://www.opendns.com/home-internet-security
