SecureBoot does not allow you to enter the BIOS, and flash the BIOS, what to do?

welcome all.
the subject itself, recently from win 8 it went up to win 10, there was a need for win 7, I tried to install it, but it didn’t allow secure boot, I had to change the parameters (which is why the problem started ..
in general, I turn on the laptop, I press F2, in general, to the boot the menu does not load, it does not enter the BIOS, they said because of the secure boot, because of changing this parameter, it does not even allow you to flash the BIOS, which I could do on my own, but they say to take it to the service center, you need something with a special device then to do it in the motherboard in order to return everything by default (to do it as it was, i.e. according to the standard)
, can I somehow do without it? it says that they will help in case of marriage, but here I screwed up myself)
laptop asus rog 751jt
i7 4720hq
gtx970m
16gb ram
1tb hdd
128gb ssd
windows 10
ps some people say this is the problem of the asus bios.

Have you tried to flash the bios on top via EZFlash from a USB flash drive? ( https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?61268-Un... )
