Please tell me how to bind a Cyrillic domain of the .РФ type to the site on DNS amazon route 53.
The Cyrillic alphabet cannot be inserted. If you drive in an address like "xn--d1acjbihcjec6h.xn--p1ai", it doesn't work.

Cyrillic can not be inserted, Punycode can be inserted. official response

It seems that there is no support for national domains in route53, if it does not work through the punikod, then alas, in no way.
