Why is the domain not pinged on 2domains?

Everything worked yesterday: Tavle
Today it works for me (Odessa region, Ukraine), but in Russia - no.
I get this on ping:

And from Russia -

Do you respond? Is content being displayed?
What can be done? There seems to be something wrong with the DNS servers...
