How to bind github pages domain to Webnames (Web-Forwarding)?

The situation is as follows, I have a purchased domain name on webnames with the service (Web-Forwarding). But redirection via DNS to free hosting (hostinger) is now configured there.
Now I'm making the site static (github pages + jekyll) and I want that:
1. When opening the site username.ru, this domain remains in the browser bar, but in fact the code would be taken from username.github.io
2. When opening username. github.io redirected to username.ru (including username.github.io/work/1, etc.)
Now this is done through hostinger (CNAME). The question is that I am afraid for the stability of this hosting and would like to abandon it in favor of github pages, but so that my domain remains on username.ru
