Why does not go to a certain site (debian)?

I ordered a VPS, connected a domain. All things. After a while I check - it does not work. A little later I check - it does not work.
Checked through a proxy - works. Left friends, too, everything works.
Rebooted PC, rebooted router, no response.
Domain: mbelilovsky.com OS
: Debian 7
I remember on Windows it was possible to reset the dns cache, here I understand there is no such thing as why dns for this domain does not work for me (server not found) ?

The problem was at the provider level. I decided to change the DNS server to Google: 8.8.8.8

the problem is not in the OS, something at the network level (connected more devices, not where it does not work). DNS to a campaign at all provider was not updated.
