How to become a freelance sysadmin/devops?

I work at Huawei as an IT engineer. Tired of working from 9 to 6.
I have long wanted to work remotely, administer servers on Linux, and so on.
I do not know how to start and where to go to this goal. Can anyone give some advice and direction in which direction to look?
Maybe there is some portal site where they take interns for remote work?

You open any freelance exchange and look at tasks for yourself. Devops are very much in demand, incl. on freelance.
If you are confident in your abilities and know English, go straight to Upwork. If not, then something local.
