How to attach free space to a partition if it is before it?

Available:

- 500 GB HDD with 2 installed OS (Arch Linux and Windows) It is

required to attach the disk space cut off from the Windows system partition to Arch Linux

Problem: the space located before the partition to which it is planned to attach it cannot be attached at all (I formulated it so but I hope that it is clear)

So yes, you have LVM configured there.
As an option: create an LVM volume on free space, in lvm-manager connect a new partition and add it to the pool of LVM volumes and expand your file system on it. I hope I explained it clearly enough to be able to google.
