This is Windows logic, because of which at the beginning of the century there was just a pandemic of computer viruses. Now even in M$ they have left such flawed logic and have not returned.
In Linux, under the root, they DO NOT WORK. Basically. It is ONLY used for administration. However, allowance is made for the fact that administration is not a single command, and for some time after the first sudo, the following sudos are executed without re-entering the password (unlike, by the way, from Windows, where you manage to administer something from under the user). And that's enough.
