Wifi only works in console

Potzons, please help. ArchLinux distribution, Wi-Fi only works in the console, in graphical mode (GNOME 3) writes "the system network services are not compatible with this version"

start the NetworkManager service:

sudo systemctl enable NetworkManager.service 
sudo systemctl start NetworkManager.service
