only did not write anything in nano /etc/hosts . The inscription has been hanging for an hour already. I went through Boot Exiting OS.

Well, it looks like the bootloader has started, but then it does not find the initramfs or the kernel.
Why install arch on some article when the installation is clearly described in their wiki? In general, the archa wiki is a useful thing, there are a lot of relevant articles there.
