How to add owa internal certificate to trusted external CAs?

Good afternoon! I want my certificate for owa from outside to be trusted.
Where to dig?

You need to go in the opposite direction - not add your certificate to external CAs, but get a certificate (it is sold for little money) that will be trusted by external CAs.
