Why does outlook remove the a (link) tag? And how to fix it?

I am drafting a letter. I tried to test it and sent it through the sendhtmail.ru service to corporate mail in outlook. What should be a link loses the tag and attributes. How to avoid it? I don't see this with other mail services.
