Outlook Web App initialization failed. What to do?

I have win 2008r2 and exchange 2010 at my disposal.
When I try to go to the owa portal, I get a message that "Outlook Web App initialization failed".
Script UpdateCas.ps1 launched.
Owa reinstalled.
Most often, the reason given is that the problem is in the themes. In fact, the themeinfo.xml file is in place and contains the line .
In which direction would you advise to dig?
