How to work with Outlook through python?

There was a need to optimize some of my work related to outlook. I want to write a script program so that it does some of the work for me.
Input data: a letter with a number, from mail1 and an exel file with 2 columns, the ratio of the number and mail2, by which the body of the letter from mail1 should be sent. How it is better to implement it? Please provide examples if possible...
