How to add a static route to Kerio control?

Colleagues, there is kerio control (192.168.10.1) and ubuntu (192.168.10.5) with OpenVpn clients to networks 192.168.2.0/24, 192.168.3.0/24, 192.168.4.0/24.
Added static routes to specified networks in Kerio.
When working with these networks, breaks in RDP constantly occur.
For example, when connecting via RDP, reconnections occur after 2-20 minutes (pings at this moment pass quietly, not a single one is lost). If you simultaneously connect to different networks, then the time between breaks decreases.
If you add a static route to these subnets on the computer immediately through 192.168.10.5, then everything works stably.
In Kerio, I disabled everything I could (ISP, antivirus, etc.)
Colleagues, help me, I've been struggling with this problem for 3 weeks, I don't know what to sin on anymore.

@LLIKIPER

Try turning it off in the Protocol inspector rules . This, IMHO, is the last thing that can "interfere". If this does not help, then you need to look for the reason below the levels (transport .. physical) and in Kerio itself, most likely, everything is fine.
