How to set up bluetooth auto-pairing in openwrt?

I manage to pair through a series of commands:

hciconfig hci0 up
hciconfig hci0 sspmode enable
hciconfig hci0 piscan

bluetoothctl

agent on
discoverable on
pairable on
scan on

pair XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
trust XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX

But how to set up so that the device itself can pair with a pre-configured pincode and then connect?
