How to add a new node to the cluster?

Good day everyone!
Faced the problem of adding new nodes to the cluster. There is a cluster running VMM 2012, on nodes that already have Windows Server 2012 Datacenter in the cluster, IBM Storwize V7000 is used as a storage system. Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter is installed on two new nodes, the Storage and Quorum disks are connected to the new hosts (only the "ClusterStorage" folder did not appear on the "C" drive), although in the disk management console the disks only have the "Offline" status . When you try to enter hosts into the cluster as nodes, an error pops up that says that no connection to the shared storage was found on these hosts. But on some forums they write that disks are connected automatically when a node is connected to a cluster.
Is it possible that new nodes are not added because they have Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter installed on them? Or is the problem something else?

@Axel_L

It is possible that the host does not have access permissions to disks on the disk shelf (write). My picture with permissions on the HP p2000 is something like this:
until I mapped the disk to read-write, there were also problems connecting a new node to the cluster

Post the validation reports of the existing cluster and when adding new nodes
